The information and personal data contained in the Curriculum Vitae or other similar document or contact form for employment, sent or filled by any candidate for a job, by mail or other support, will be processed in an automated manner, with the purpose of recruitment and selection of candidates.

By providing such information and personal data to the company, the applicant gives his / her consent for the information and personal data to be processed by the company for the specific purpose of analysis and profile evaluation.

Such information and personal data will not be marketed or assigned to third parties.

In cases where the Group's recruiters are located in countries outside the European Area, the company guarantees to the data subject that the international transfer is carried out in accordance with the law.
The provision of any sensitive data, only and only when legally admissible, shall be processed for the purpose of recruitment and selection of candidates if they are relevant and relevant for such purposes, provided that the data are provided on the basis of the consent of the data.

Applicants are also entitled to withdraw their consent at any time after expiry of the current regulation and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

The company Latourrette Consulting will keep the personal data of the candidates whether spontaneous or not, for the time necessary to achieve the purposes for which they are collected, and without prejudice to the provisions of labor law. If the candidate is not selected for the function to which he is applying, his data will be deleted after 6 months from the close of the application proposal.

The data collected within the scope of this privacy policy does not constitute the fulfillment of a legal or contractual obligation. However, if the candidate is selected, the personal data will be used to prepare the respective contract.

The data collected will not be the subject of automated decisions. The data can be used to define profiles for the sole purpose of determining the candidate to be selected. If the applicant does not authorize to be subject to a decision based on the profile, he / she must expressly declare or refrain from sending an application.

Latourrette Consulting has implemented appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data against accidental, unlawful destruction, unauthorized alteration, unauthorized access and disclosure against any form of unlawful processing.

Employees authorized to access personal data are bound by the duty of confidentiality and the code of conduct.
